So how can my business aid you with the minimum of input ?
Well, initially you send me an work order or instruction via email with the property and the current tenants details and I then organise a visit that suits the tenant. I report back to you for authorisation and then carry out the repair . All work is documented along with photographic, evidence that saves on management/supervision plus this can be reassuring for landlords who want to be kept updated on their property.
You may be asking how does this help me. Well, you could be or have a remote landlord that want to ensure that the repair, is being completed and that the tenant is satisfied.
I also give fixed price quotations for all works required and I have a fixed callout charge that includes the first 1 hour at the property plus travel when most problems can be resolved.

Q. Do I as the landlord need to manage the tenant for access.
A. No just inform them that the electrician will be in touch and I will arrange the access.
Q. I don’t live in Edinburgh is that a problem.
A. Not at all I can manage the job and also send you before and after pictures along with the invoice.
Q. Is it ok that I have a letting agent.
A. Not a problem as long as you inform them that I will be either collecting the keys along with agreeing with the tenant for access.
