Only contact data will be held on you ie email & telephone number. You can also request that we erase this contact onformation we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
How long does AEW hold on to your data.
If it is a general enquiry with no work completed then all data i.e. emails and telephone calls or texts will be deleted after 2 months.
If any work is completed then any emails holding email and home addresses plus contact telephone number will be deleted after 2 years. Invoices holding home addresses will be retained for warranty and audit purposes by regulatory parties.
If it is a stair lighting enquiry then your data will be held on a password protected spreadsheet. After one year your contact data i.e. name and email address will be deleted but the stair survey details will be retained. No phone numbers are held on this spreadsheet
